We have been asked to share the following by West Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership
We are really pleased to share our new co-produced resources which are part of #AutismADHDAllies and #LetsConnect campaign (initiated by the West Yorkshire Neurodiversity Programme and co-produced with All Star).
Our aim is to empower children and young people to feel independent and supported as they navigate life’s challenges. We have episodes on (School) transitions, sleep, and eating, and we’ve included a variety of top tips and suggestions to help children and young people find what works best for them. With an emphasis on reducing pressure and encouraging Children & Young People to take their own path.
This information is grounded in lived experience, with the creation to be beneficial for all—not just for neurodivergent children and young people. We have also concentrated on the content being fully accessible to different learning needs, which is why it’s available in a range of formats, including videos (with and without subtitles and background audio), booklets (with images and plain text), and audio recordings. You can also listen to our panel discuss the resources and working together to produce the work for our young people in the behind the scenes area of the webpage.
Please do feel free to visit our Routes and Routines webpages. All information on our webpages are free to use and reference.
