Sessions include Confidence Building sessions .Carers Rights session, Parent Carers skills set session and a one to one mini Reiki session
The course is held at Flexspace, Burley Road, LS4 2PU. There is a car park and a bus stop outside Flexspace. The numbers 49a, 49, 50a and 50 all stop outside. They leave from Leeds City bus station. £5.00 expenses given for each session. (Fuel or bus receipts needed)
